Job Summary:
As a Sales Executive at Cloud Sparkle Technologies, you’ll be responsible for generating and closing sales opportunities independently. This role requires you to take ownership of the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction. You’ll need to be resourceful, adaptable, and capable of working autonomously while aligning with our startup’s goals and values.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Prospecting and Lead Generation
    • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through proactive outreach (cold calls, emails, networking).
    • Develop and manage a robust pipeline of leads, targeting decision-makers within IT, infrastructure, and training domains.
    • Work with minimal supervision, taking initiative to drive lead generation efforts and achieve sales targets.
  2. Client Relationship Building
    • Establish strong relationships with potential clients by understanding their needs and presenting relevant solutions.
    • Act as a trusted advisor by providing valuable insights into our services and how they can solve client challenges.
    • Maintain regular follow-up with prospects, nurturing long-term relationships.
  3. Product Presentation and Solution Selling
    • Conduct in-depth product presentations, demos, and meetings tailored to clients’ business needs.
    • Communicate value propositions clearly and confidently, focusing on the unique benefits of our services.
    • Address client objections and provide information to move them closer to making a purchase decision.
  4. Deal Closing and Negotiation
    • Prepare and present proposals, negotiate pricing, and finalize contracts.
    • Ensure seamless closing of sales by working independently through the entire sales cycle.
    • Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure client needs are met post-sale.
  5. Sales Strategy and Market Research
    • Continuously analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments.
    • Provide insights and feedback to the management team to refine our sales strategy and approach.
    • Actively participate in strategy discussions, contributing ideas for growth and improvement in line with startup goals.
  6. Data Tracking and Reporting
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, client interactions, and deal stages in the CRM.
    • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and goals.
    • Use analytics to assess performance and adjust strategies as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (equivalent work experience may also be considered).
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in IT, SaaS, or technology services.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, with a proven ability to work independently and close deals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and the ability to adapt to a dynamic, startup culture.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working in a startup environment or with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and virtual sales platforms.
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure and training services is an advantage.
