3. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete information during service engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Maintain confidentiality of login credentials and access details.

4. Payment Terms

  • All services must be paid in advance unless agreed otherwise in writing.
  • Invoices must be cleared within the due date mentioned.
  • Late payments may result in service suspension or additional charges.

5. Training Services

  • Enrollment is confirmed only after successful payment.
  • Course content is for personal use and must not be redistributed.
  • Cloud Sparkle reserves the right to reschedule or modify training batches.

6. IT Services & Support

  • Service timelines depend on project scope and client cooperation.
  • Support services are provided as per agreed SLA (if applicable).
  • Unauthorized changes by the client may void support agreements.

7. Product Sales & Supply

  • All product sales are subject to availability.
  • Warranty is governed by the manufacturer’s terms.
  • Cloud Sparkle is not liable for third-party product defects.

8. Implementation & Migration

  • Client must provide required access, credentials, and approvals.
  • Cloud Sparkle is not responsible for downtime caused by third-party systems.
  • Proper backup is the client’s responsibility unless agreed otherwise.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and solutions provided remain the intellectual property of Cloud Sparkle unless explicitly transferred.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Cloud Sparkle shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
  • Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

11. Termination

  • Services may be terminated in case of policy violation or non-payment.
  • Clients may request termination subject to applicable terms.

12. Refund Policy

Refunds are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy and are subject to eligibility criteria.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of appropriate courts.
