Job Summary:
The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms. This role requires a unique blend of skills in content creation, graphic design, and digital campaign management. As our in-house content creator, you’ll be expected to produce compelling written and visual content that aligns with our brand and drives audience engagement, all while working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation and Copywriting
- Develop engaging, on-brand content for blogs, social media, email campaigns, and other digital channels.
- Write and edit high-quality copy that resonates with our target audience and supports our marketing objectives.
- Conduct research on industry trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities to create relevant and appealing content.
- Graphic Design and Visual Content Development
- Design visually compelling graphics, images, infographics, and short videos to support digital campaigns and social media posts.
- Utilize design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva) to create professional and brand-aligned visuals.
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual content, ensuring it aligns with Cloud Sparkle Technologies’ tone and style.
- Digital Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns for maximum reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Set up, track, and report on campaign metrics (e.g., CTR, conversion rates) to assess performance and make recommendations for improvement.
- Social Media Management
- Develop a social media content calendar and manage daily posting and engagement across platforms.
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer feedback, building relationships and strengthening our online community.
- Analyze social media metrics to determine which types of content perform best and adapt the strategy accordingly.
- SEO and Content Optimization
- Optimize website content, blogs, and other digital assets for search engines to improve organic visibility.
- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page SEO strategies to drive relevant traffic.
- Monitor and refine content based on SEO performance metrics to increase visibility and engagement.
- Analytics and Reporting
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and social media insights to track, measure, and analyze the effectiveness of all content and digital campaigns.
- Create weekly and monthly reports on performance, engagement metrics, and content success.
- Continuously refine strategies based on data to improve digital marketing outcomes.
- Innovation and Continuous Improvement
- Stay current with industry trends, digital tools, and best practices in content marketing, design, and campaign management.
- Proactively suggest and implement new ideas, tools, or techniques to enhance the company’s digital presence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams when needed, while being fully capable of independently handling day-to-day tasks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Graphic Design, or a related field (equivalent experience may also be considered).
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, and graphic design (experience in a startup environment is a plus).
- Proficiency in content management and design tools (e.g., WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
- Strong skills in social media management, digital advertising, SEO, and data analytics.
- Excellent written communication skills with a creative approach to copywriting and visual design.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation, and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Analytics).
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web design principles.
- Ability to create engaging short videos or animated content for social media.
- Experience with lead generation and nurturing in B2B or IT services.
