Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Cloud Sparkle Technologies Private Limited, we value customer satisfaction and aim to maintain clarity in our policies. Please review our cancellation and refund policy below to understand the terms and conditions.


1. Service Cancellation

  • Customers can request a cancellation by emailing support@cloudsparkletech.com with relevant details.
  • Cancellation requests will be reviewed within 5 business days.
  • If approved, service access will be terminated, and eligibility for a refund will be assessed based on the conditions mentioned below.

2. Refund Policy

  • IT Services: Refunds are not applicable once the service has commenced unless specified otherwise in a prior agreement.
  • Training Programs: Refunds for cancellations will be processed as follows:
    • Full refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before the start date.
    • 50% refund for cancellations made within 3-6 days.
    • No refund for cancellations made within 2 days of the program start date.

3. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment used during the transaction.

4. Exceptions

Refunds may not be granted in the following cases:

  • Breach of terms and conditions.
  • Services delivered as per agreement but later deemed unsatisfactory without valid reasoning.
  • Training sessions missed by the participant without prior notice.
