Return & Refund Policy

All purchases made with Cloud Sparkle are subject to this policy. By engaging our services or purchasing products, you agree to these terms.

2. Nature of Offerings

Our offerings include digital services, training programs, cloud solutions, IT support, implementation, migration, and product sales. Return eligibility varies based on the type of offering.

3. Returns Policy

  • Returns are applicable only for physical products (if supplied).
  • Digital services, training, and subscriptions are non-returnable once initiated.
  • Return requests must be raised within 3 days of product delivery.

4. Product Sales & Supply

  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
  • Replacement or refund will be processed after inspection.
  • Shipping charges may not be refundable.

5. IT Services (AMC, Cloud, Support)

  • No refunds once services are activated or delivered.
  • AMC contracts are non-refundable after commencement.
  • Partial refunds may be considered in case of service non-delivery due to our fault.

6. Training Programs

  • Refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of enrollment.
  • No refunds after access to course materials or session start.
  • Batch transfer or rescheduling may be offered.

7. Implementation & Migration

  • No refunds once project work has started.
  • Delays caused by third-party providers are not eligible for refunds.
  • Client must ensure proper backups before migration.

8. Subscription Services

  • All subscriptions (monthly/yearly) are non-refundable.
  • Users may cancel future renewals anytime.

9. Exceptions

Refunds may be granted under exceptional circumstances:

  • Duplicate payments
  • Technical failure from our side
  • Non-fulfillment of committed services

10. Refund Process

  • Refund requests must be submitted via email or WhatsApp.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
